Senior Leadership Team

The Senior Leadership Team is a group of parish leaders who are appointed by the Pastor to advise and assist him with the management and operation of the parish.  The group is responsible for forming the vision of the parish and carrying out the mission.  The group meets weekly, and as needed, to ensure excellence and alignment in all aspects of the parish, including formation programs, events, St. Anthony of Padua Elementary School and the day-to-day business of the parish.

Strategic Planning Council

Grounded in prayer and openness to the movements of the Holy Spirit, the Strategic Planning Council is responsible for:

• Dreaming big!
• Innovating and creating new ways to grow our parish family.
• Changing the culture of our parish.  
• Creating ways to fruitfully reach those who do not yet know and Love Jesus.  
• Vision casting for the next 5 - 10 years.  We plan the next 5 years, while looking at the next 10.  
• Recommending initiatives, programs, and ministries that are in line with the parish vision.
• Evaluating effectiveness and proposing improvements pertaining to the 5 systems of a church: evangelization, discipleship, community, ministry, worship.
• Discerning a response to the driving question:  “Where are we going, and how will we get there?”
